On the 6th and last floor of a quiet residence, it is located on the edge of the pentagon (city center), all services and places to go are within walking distance. Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. We rent a house: a main room of 14 m2 includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, a desk and a kitchen with microwave oven grill, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and 2 electric hobs. Dishes and garbage cans are available. An adjoining 4 m2 bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink. All this is located on the ground floor of our home with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.
