At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

A bathroom with shower and towels provided. the exterior opens onto a terrace with its garden enclosed and not overlooked for your peace of mind, barbecue. (Optional) cleaning will be charged at €50.
