This is a Kyo-machi house with nearly 100 years of history, while preserving the traditional structure and charm, it has been transformed by Japanese designers, incorporating the comfort and utility needed for modern life. There is a floor heating system throughout which makes it nice to stay even in the winter. There are two separate toilets, a bathroom that is thoughtful to meet the needs of multiple people staying.The bathroom has a bathtub with a view of the garden, so you can take a hot bath and relax your body and mind. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking yourself during a long stay and enjoy the charm of Kyoto's local ingredients. This inn is a guest house in a 90-year-old Kyomachi house in Kyoto Nishijin. We use this old house, which was once run by a silk merchant, as an accommodation facility in its original form. From the entrance to the street garden, fire bag, back garden, and tsubo garden along the way, they all function as light and wind passageways.
