Holiday rentals with a patio in Mount Eden

Great place loved the stay but checking in was a challenge... The chick in details weren't sent prior to our check-in so needed to call the host and took about 20mins to receive a response. Also the garage remote left in the lock box didn't work so that took another 20 mins to figure out... Had to go into the apartment and grab another set of keys. Otherwise a great stay loved the place loved how tidy it was. Check was just a hassle at the end of an already stressful day.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

Lovely warm place to stay, comfy beds, great view, very clean and private, easy walk to cafes & restaurants. Host was very pleasant to deal with and sent clear instructions. Nice touch leaving some fruit & essentials too.

we really enjoyed our mother/daughter trip. We didn't want to stay in the cbd but as we didn't have a car we were a little bit worried about how much walking we would have to do in the heat. We needn't have worried as the bus stop is so close and the walk to Ponsonby is delightful. Having the outdoor space was amazing and the neighborhood was so quiet!

Great apartment, perfect for a few days in Auckland. Well located on Ponsonby road, easy access to restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a loft feel with great views of the CBD skyline and Sky Tower. Located on the busy Ponsonby Road, the sound deadening from the double glazing worked really well. The furnishing is good quality and comforting, reminding us of a boutique hotel style. We’d definitely come back if we need a place in the city for a couple of days.

This apartment is a great place to stay for a couple. Close to the shops and restaurants of Newmarket. it's handy having a car park provided. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful stay. It was cozy yet high end. Lovely decor and beautiful views. A romantic getaway. Could walk out the door and be on the beach or buying a great coffee in minutes. Robbie was very responsive at all time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Lisa’s home has everything you would want and need, especially for a family! From the garage to the laundry room, all the new amenities in the kitchen and smart TV’s, and the views of the town from each bedroom, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing and in a very safe area. Everything was in walking distance, with some great restaurants and stores only a minute walk away! We would definitely stay here again!

Ronita was so lovely from the first message, very accomodating and very nice to deal with! The place was in a perfect location for the Coldplay concert at Mt Eden, had a lovely stay :)

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. We will quite possibly be in touch again at a later date ☺️

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Great location in Grey Lynn a short walk to Ponsonby Road. Beautiful sunny villa. Lovely bedrooms. An ideal spot for a few days. Very friendly, responsive host. Recommended.

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance. The place is set up beautifully, had everything we needed. Jacqui was so accommodating to our booking enquiry and she is very responsive. Cannot wait to go back. Thanks again Jacqui

It was a spacious and pleasant place to stay. There’s a very popular café on the ground floor, which was a big plus. The host always responded quickly, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, and genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Auckland!

This is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is new, modern and clean. The furnishings are second to none. The location could not be any better. More than all of that, Michael goes above and beyond to be a first-class host. There are numerous extras such as cheese, fruit, fresh artisan bread just to name a few, which makes the whole experience really wonderful. Such a thoughtful host and I would highly recommend to anyone.
