My apartment in the center of Karsiyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in the new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karsiyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach, the bazaar and only 3 minutes walking distance to the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct transportation from Izmir airport by metro. It is also 20 minutes by tranway to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. I look forward to my clean home where you will stay peacefully.

In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
