Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mount Tabor, Portland

Cristy’s house was a beautiful charming slice of nostalgia in a beautiful Portland neighborhood! The house has a gorgeous historic character while having all the comforts of a modern house. Located within walking distance to Division Street, with gorgeous neighborhoods all around. We appreciated Cristy’s flexibility and responsiveness, and had a great time!.

It is exactly as described and we had a great stay - it was just the two of us plus our small dogs and we were very comfortable. It is absolutely beautiful inside and very relaxing with the fan going and the sun pouring in the windows! Only thing to note for future travelers is if you need complete darkness to sleep, you should bring a sleep mask.

Jessica was fantastic! She communicated everything so well and her place was perfectly located for our needs. I recommend staying at her cute lil’ place! Lots of games, dvds and books to choose from. It was especially convenient because you can walk to many cute restaurants and shops. It was a beautiful time of the year (May) with so many amazing flowers and trees in full bloom. The Clinton Modern is a sparkling clean, beautiful, well-appointed home. It is located walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. Christopher was a clear communicator and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous location with lots of extra blankets/towels and full set of pots/pans. Make sure you can handle stairs.

We really enjoyed staying at Eric's place! Looks just like the pictures, large space inside with all the amenities just as described. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and a few spices. Fred Meyers is up the street and was perfect for grabbing whatever we needed for our stay. The location is really wonderful, in a great neighborhood with bars, restaurants, shopping all just around the corner. Parking is street only, but we did not have any trouble finding parking for the 4 days we were there. Our dog felt right at home. We don't have a yard at home and she loved rolling around in the grass when we sat outside. Eric and Barbara were extremely responsive and helpful when questions arose and Eric called really quickly to walk me through resetting the modem when we couldn't get the internet working after an outage in the area. Also, in re: the upstairs renters, we really barely heard them all weekend. Highly recommend to other guests.

We had a lovely stay at Adrienne’s place in Happy Valley, Oregon! Adrienne and his wife are such a sweet and welcoming couple—it truly felt great meeting them. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning balcony views and a refreshing breeze that made our time there extra special. The space was well-equipped with snacks and all the utensils we needed for dining, which was a thoughtful touch. When we requested it, they kindly helped us by setting up a portable air conditioning unit, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also baked and shared delicious muffins with us, which was so thoughtful and sweet—it really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful location, a cozy and well-maintained home, and such kind hosts. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Happy Valley area!

Ed and Kym were wonderful hosts. We even had the opportunity to chat with both of them in passing during our stay and they’re great people. Their place was the perfect retreat for a pair of weary traveled parents with an infant. Not only was it an amazing location for seeing some of the best of parts Portland but a perfect place for our little one to rest and play in the evening.

Deb's place is charming and has everything you need. Despite the address being on Belmont, it is set back behind a building and is very quiet with a lovely garden. Deb was very proactive with instructions for getting in and making sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting portland. Within walking distance to take a bus to the train to get downtown. Within walking distance of a great butcher, market, parks.

The apartment was located in a lovely neighborhood near our daughter’s apartment. We enjoyed walking to local eateries and coffee shops. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to requests.

Had an amazing stay. Cant recommend this place enough. Hands down the the best place I’ve stayed!

James and Robert have a wonderful space. If you’re visiting Portland, stay here. Very clean, comfortable and really well appointed. They have a big information book with extensive restaurant lists and more! A quiet oasis!

Very easy, comfy place with everything I needed for a great stay. I really appreciated the convenient access to the airport and public transit options, and the neighborhood itself was within walking distance to some great shops, restaurants, and cafes. Getting in was also super easy, but I would make one recommendation to anyone arriving after dark: ask the hosts to turn on the outside lights for you. The garden is *incredibly* lovely (I almost wanted to ask for some landscaping tips!), but it was a little tricky trying to navigate the stone path with luggage in the dark.

I spent 2 weeks at Rakshith's place and I really enjoyed my stay. The house is big and beautiful and it is located in a residential area surrounded by trees and hills. Not far from a shopping center (including a grocery store and restaurants/coffee shops) and bus stops. The bedroom is big and the bed super-comfortable. The bedroom has a balcony, a big walk-in closet and a private bathroom attached, equipped with toiletries (shampoo, soap, towels, etc.). Living room and kitchen are large and impressive. Kitchen had everything I needed and more. Rakshith was always helpful and promptly answered questions. I highly recommend Rakshith's place. I will definitely stay at his place next time I need to stay in the west Hills area.

Xun's home is very spacious and very clean! The bedrooms are large, 2 of the 4 were very large, and the beds were very comfortable. There isn't a driveway but there is a garage that is really tight for 2 cars but doable for 2 mid-size SUV's if you are careful. There is off-street parking but there aren't many open spots so it's nice to have the garage. The living room is very comfortable and spacious as well and the kitchen is large and clean. There is a full laundry room which is great. There 2 full baths and a half bath and the bath towels are hotel quality. The town house is close to one of the expressways and a main road with restaurants, gas stations, grocery store and drug store. Some additional amenities would be nice - note pad & pens, deck of cards, board games or puzzles All in all, it a very nice stay for me and my 4 adult children.

This was by far the best Air B&B we've stayed at. We got in just before the summer prices hit which was even better. The pool (and hot tub)is heated and NOT chlorinated (must be salt water) that is super important for some of us. PLENTY of space to not be on top of eachother. 🗝 One thing you want to keep in mind, there are spices, but no condiments whatsoever.
