We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

We had two nights to spend in Maine after a week long trip to Quebec. The lake house was a wonderful place to unwind after our busy trip to Canada. We spent our full day parked in the yard, enjoying the boats provided, reading, playing bags, and just sunning. It was a gorgeous day, and we loved it. The house is spacious, very well-stocked, and has many little amenities to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 1 night to cap off a Maine coastal trip and it was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Good walkable food options and very comfortable bed.

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

We chose this home because we were seeing a show at the Waterville Opera House. It was close by. The house is set back and very quiet and comfortable.i loved the bed we slept in. Nice big bathroom. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our time here. Brenda was very responsive and helped us out when we needed accommodations pretty short notice. The area is private and peaceful, it was just what we needed to rest up and recharge for busy traveling days.

Jean’s place was amazing, and she was the perfect host! The apartment was perfect for us! The king size bed was so comfortable, and everything was just as described. The location on the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. Jean and Bob very generous and let us use their whole property including wonderful swings to rest on and lake kayaks and a paddle boat! We were scouting out places to buy near Winthrop, and Jean had some great advice and was super helpful! We will be back!

This was my second stay at this location, and again, we really enjoyed our stay! Everything is as described. Very cozy place. There is a nice park close by if you have kids along with you.

A great location and exceptionally clean, with small details like snacks and wine available. Very comfortable beds, a deep tub and good vibes.

We booked last minute and had such a relaxing one night stay here. Gorgeous little cottage with an insanely comfortable bed under the velux windows so you can look up at the trees! We loved it and it was perfect to break up our trip up the coast to Acadia. Really clean and comfortable and we loved watching TV with pizza and then playing a couple games! The bath was also very nice for a quick morning soak. Would really recommend it!

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

Great place to stay so close to Sunday river! Wonderful to be within close driving distance of the mountain. Comfortably slept 4 people for a weekend. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here for a ski trip or whatever else.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at Diane's. Not far from the Oakland Overlook, great view for while you're there. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at a few of Spencer's places while our child was at Bowdoin college. The places are lovely and convenient and made visiting our child a pleasure.

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.
