Lithea

Lithea is located in the picturesque village of Xinara, just 10' away from the port. It offers a unique experience of calm holidays for those who want to experience the hinterland of the island and its special beaches. It has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and TV, a spacious living room, a comfortable bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, wifi and a private courtyard with a view. At 50 meters there is public parking. Both in the village and the surrounding area there are shops for brunch, food, coffee and drink.

Consists of two bedrooms ( with traditional built double beds),bath with shower,living room with traditional built in corner sofa,fireplace,Kitchen and Big veranda 70 sqm. with panoramic view cyclades islands.

Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.

In the center of the beautiful inland of Tinos, in the traditional settlement of Skalados, just a few kilometers away from the beach of Kolymbithra, we restored the house of our ancestors: Casa Di Volto, a traditional elegant house with a multitude of stone-built arches and lintels. In the village, within walking distance, you can find the traditional kafeneion-bakaliko and a beautiful tavern

House in Apano Vrisi

Residence of the early last century in the area of Castellanos in Triantaros, near Apano Vrisi. The building was recently renovated preserving elements of the traditional architecture of the Cyclades and adopting new ones, adapted to modern habitation needs. With much love we gave grandma's house and Grandpa Rafiouli's life again and we will be happy to host you.
