Raquel was very attentive and promptly addressed my inquiries. I had problems with parking and the Latch App, which I was unfamiliar with, and Raquel provided clear explanations for everything. She ensured that I felt comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. The location was peaceful, tidy, and just a short walk from UAB. I also really enjoyed the Nespresso coffee; it was a significant bonus for me!

We had a great time at the Armour house! Walkable to many restaurants and bars. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing in response time and helpfulness to recommendations!

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the place and will definitely stay again when visiting Birmingham. The space was perfect for a couple, and a short Uber away from a ton of great food. Host was super accommodating and friendly. He provided a blow dryer so we wouldn’t have to travel with one, and left a welcome snack from a local bakery. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Overall I had a very good stay. Finding parking was a little bit of a challenge but other than that it was a very nice apartment, everything worked as it should. The area was very peaceful and overall enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay! Jesse was easy to communicate with and very responsive Lodgings are as pictured with quality linens and towels. Everyone felt the beds were comfortable. The area has lots of restaurants and bars, including plenty of late night eats. My mom is super picky and gave it an A+ Parking was easy (if you can parallel park :p), even on a weekend night. Lots of foot traffic and it flat safe.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here and I will continue to come back as long as it is available. My favorite place to stay in Birmingham!

Kathleen’s AirBNB was a very comfortable space for two nights in Birmingham. It looks just like the pictures, very clean and thoughtful touches throughout. The king bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the dark window treatments for sleeping. You will hear the neighbors, but they do stop at quiet hours. We would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. She was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking, provided detailed check-in instructions, and regularly checked in to make my stay pleasant. The home was cozy and well-lit, situated in a safe neighborhood just a short drive from downtown. Everything was spotlessly clean with all the essential amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great place, very calm and quiet, the sharing bathrooms are clean, Samuel always responded fast if I need anything or asking something, it’s private and absolutely worth it. Would love to come back. It’s close to many restaurants, and close if you need to take highway.

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

Wonderful apartment near many shops and restaurants, walking distance to UAB, you do not need a car. nice neighborhood. Host Suzy is very helpful and responsive. Will return.
