The "Patou", an integral part of the "Laperade" estate is a T2 type apartment completely renovated respecting its origins and history. It also benefits from a large balcony that overlooks the Coussane stream and faces a garden that has preserved, among other things... some century-old vines. This barn, restored in 2009, benefits from modern comforts. It is located next to our home, on the square of the small village of Pruines. This village is a little off the main roads. The climate is pleasant because Pruines is conveniently located halfway between the Dourdou valley and the Lunel plateau. The medieval village of Conques is about fifteen km away, walking through the Duzou and Dourdou valleys. The city of Rodez is 25 km away.
