Well Cottage is a lovely cottage, very comfortable, ideal for 2 people. Detached house with private garden, located in a property of character, former Presbytery of a charming village. Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Hexagonal Tower for 2 with pool, Burgundy

The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

The Lake Cottage

Warm traditional wooden chalet located in the heart of Morvan and 200 m from Lac des Settons. You have an enclosed garden with a covered terrace and parking space. A bright, friendly living room with 2 bay windows, a kitchen open to the living room, the sleeping area includes a beautiful isolated bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) on the ground floor and another with a pull-out bed or 2 single beds (90 x 190) on the mezzanine. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish chalet. Located in the Morvan in the private Domaine "Des Fontaines" on the edge of the large Lake des Settons. Guests can enjoy a small beach 400 m from the chalet. For the more athletic: hiking or cycling, water sports: jet ski, towed buoy, slide accessible at the Glissland nautical base, sails... For nature lovers in winter and summer, this green setting invites you to take wonderful walks.
