In the wonderful nature of Evrytani, we created a stone two-storey maisonette of unique aesthetics that will fill you with peace and serenity. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. An internal wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor, which includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a whirlpool and an attic with a double bed (cocomat). Also a balcony with a Wicker swing with a wonderful view of the beautiful mountains. Live the fairy tale experience!!!

The house is located in the central square of the village. It has direct access to it, 1.7km from the Holy Monastery of Panagia Prousou and 2.1km from the starting point for the Black Cave. It is next to the entrance to the paths that cross the village and connect the Holy Monastery with the Black Cave, with a stop at the unique Stremenos cured meat factory. The house is located in the center of the beautiful new Mikro Chorio, very close to the village square and the Country Club, in a dreamy environment at the foot of Chelidona overlooking Kaliakouda and Velouchi. Built with traditional stone and wood architecture. It consists of two independent residences, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Gouvas stone house

Gouvas stone house is located in the square of Mouzilo village with convenient parking and is only 10 km from Karpenisi. Mouzilo is one of the most beautiful villages in the prefecture of Evritania, built at an altitude of 900 m between three mountains. On the Karpenisi Prousou route, 6 km after Karpenisi turn left, at 1 km you will find the village of Klavsi and at 3 km you will reach us!
