I had a wonderful time at Jeydin's place! The cottage is very cozy and also offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. I felt super comfortable from the beginning. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and communication with Jeydin was warm, straightforward and fast. Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

Sergio’s place is really cool. I wish we had more time to enjoy it, it was very unique and a beautiful setting. Highly recommend this place

Great place to stay! Comfortable beds, good kitchen, the pool was fun for the kids to splash around in.

We enjoyed staying at Ricardo’s place. The house was spotless cleaned and spacious, it made us feel right at home. We felt secured within the gate community. The surroundings were lush green full of trees and the private beach access to the Marsella bay was a treat. We definitely come again and highly recommend this home to others.

Beautiful place and at walkable distance to the beach. It was pretty close to different attractions nearby. Jose, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely stay again when visiting Nicaragua.

Great unit to stay. If you need to check out before 8:00 AM make sure you arrange it with the staff. I did not know this and it was a bit of a hassle to check out and had to leave 45 minutes later then I wanted to leave.

I had the BEST 6 weeks at Victoria’s home. She is such a welcoming hostess and her home is perfect if you love nature, the beach, beautiful earthy vibes, peace and quiet. Everything was so clean and the property was spectacular. Short walk to the beach, cute cafe and not far from one of the best restaurants in the area. Victoria was always so helpful and responded quick. Her housekeeper and property managers were so helpful and made me feel super safe. 10/10 recommend!!!

Justino's place is very pretty, silent and peaceful. It has all amenities needed for a family to be able to cook, clean, and rest. It's close to excelent places to be in the island. Justino as a host is very comunicative, went above and beyond maing sure we were taken care of and that we would be comfortable. Greatly recomended and appreciated.

Amazing place. Me and my family were looking for a quiet and beautiful place and we found it in abrazar. Louis is awesome, she shared a lot of information with me to ensure a great experience before and during our trip. Definitely we would love to be back someday.

Overall. House was very good! Best for vacationing families. Location is fantastic. Very safe. Great views. Wind is Harry Feb-April. Makes the outside not super usable that time of year. It’s a good house! We enjoyed our time. The staff are detail oriented, Rosi, the manager is literally world class. I’ve rented all through the Americas. Rosi may be the best (no hyperbole) Communication, getting things done, recommendations, local IQ, quick witted, very organized. Flawless. In a country like Nicaragua. This matters. A lot. Would stay again.

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

Paul’s place was so lovely & spacious for us, we absolutely loved the open kitchen/lounge and balcony views. Everything very clean! Beds were SO comfortable, we had great nights sleeping there. The pool was also lovely & we were the only ones using it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk to town and easy to get cheap taxi’s back. Theres a small shop nearby for essentials. The only tiny downside was the WiFi was quite intermittent at times with all 4 of us using it, but this is to be expected in Nicaragua & we weren’t that bothered! Lovely stay and would love to stay again in the future!

This spot in Nicaragua is an absolute gem. It was our first trip as a family (my wife and our 10-month-old baby), and we all had a blast. Angela, our host, took care of all the logistics for getting to and from the airport, ensuring a stress-free arrival. You can run from the patio straight to one of the best waves in southern Nicaragua. The brand new private pool for guests was perfect for our baby, especially since the community pool can get crowded and noisy. Pili's restaurant and bar is just a 60-second walk from the unit, and we went often for yummy food. All the amenities are exactly as described, providing everything we needed. We needed special items for our baby, and Angela and her team sourced exactly what we needed. This was a game changer! It's a great spot for a family or a strict surf trip. We are already planning our next trip here (staying longer this time)! We had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nicaragua.

Maria Andrea is very friendly. Always available for any questions, and she was very flexible with us regarding check-in and check-out. There were 4 of us. The apartment is located in a building, an apartment complex overlooking the ocean and the Christ of San Juan del Sur. There was a restriction of 20kwh per day, which seemed to me a good initiative to save energy considering the ecological issue. We didn't use the air conditioners by choice, which kept us well below the limit and we didn't have to pay anything in the end. I'd love to go back to Maria Andrea's apartment!

The place was in perfect condition, very comfortable, just steps from the beach, the owners are very friendly and answer any questions very quickly. To consider in the future, in the complex there is 1 single pool for the 3 apartments, the owners live right there, and although a car can enter down the street, it is better to arrive by car alto. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.
