The apartment is only 90 meters from Batsi beach which means 2 minutes walking distance! It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed (1.60 m *2.00 m), a loft with a semi-double mattress (1.30 m *1.95 m) in which one adult or two children 10-15 years old, 1 single stool bed (0.80 m *2.00 m), 1 bathroom, kitchen, seating area, large terrace with pergola, garden furniture and excellent views. Nearby there are restaurants, bakeries, super markets, and coffee shops.
