Monthly Rentals in Mueang Phuket District

Lovley, no frills stay centrally in Phuket but away from the crowds and near a lovley water reservation. It's really quiet at night. Host is lovley and responded to our requests super fast. Nice person who tries his best to make his guests have a great stay. There is construction next doors but they start only around 9am. No smoke or other things as described by previous tenants. Electrical bill is extra but very fair. Just wasn't mentioned, but for the the price I expected that to be the case anyways. It's an amazing offer for the price U get a huge apartment. Perfect location if U like nature. But yes, bike will be needed to get in and out. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Was the best accommodation for our 10 days in Phuket. ❤️🙏

Had a great pleasure staying at Sam's place. He was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always helpful. Condo is conveniently located in Kathu. Close to the centre and touristy spots (beaches, shopping centres and exc). Apartment had all the necessary amenities for comfortable long or short term living. Everything was clean and well maintained. Car or scooter parking available on site. If I will have a chance I will definately come back for a longer stay.

nice apartment. good area.great facilities. only television could be updated to smart TV for YouTube and Netflix watching .everything worked well and as explained. Great pool sauna steam room .perfect place to stay

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.
