When I come to Kalkana again, it is a house I will definitely want to stay in again. The house was spotless and all the furniture was very adequate. The items were useful and clean. The technological devices worked extremely well without any problems and were new. The host, Mr. Ersin, is a kind person who is very helpful in case of any need. Thank you so much. The internet connection was fast and smooth, and the location was very close to everywhere. A place I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

We loved staying here! Waking up and having a view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. The location is a bit outside of town, much quieter which was exactly what we were looking for. However so easy to drive into town for dinner and convenient to various beaches and sites. We accidentally left a few belongings and Mehmet has gone out of his way to help return them to us. Highly recommend staying at Mehmets!!!

Our stay with Panagiotis was fabulous. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The location offered a less touristy feel, but was still very close to all of the main attractions. Communication was superb and instructions for check-in and location were very clear. The hosts were unbelievably helpful from an early check-in to storing our bags before our departure!! Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!!!!

Everything is great, but only the internet is bad

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. It was more beautiful and tidy than it appeared in the photos. It was a calm and uniquely beautiful place. As someone who has stayed in Akyaka before, I liked it very much. The house is very well cleaned. The linens and towels smelled like fresh detergent. We would like to thank Ms. Nurgül and Ms. Gülnihal, the host, for their interest in welcoming us there. We will definitely come back again ❤️

We’ve just had a fantastic 6-night stay at Villa Mola (in early May 2025). The property is on the peninsula in Kaş (about 10 minutes drive from the centre of town) which was peaceful and perfect for us (you do need a car). The VIEW is simply spectacular and panoramic, from the wrap around balcony or the lovely pool deck (the pool is shared with 3 other apartments but we never saw more than 2 others there). Onur the host is very responsive and helpful. The tariff we paid was very reasonable …. Although the amenities indoors are fairly basic (I can see why other reviewers described this as a bit tired) - if it’s luxury you want you will probably have to pay a bit more to stay on the peninsula. Would I go back there? am planning the next trip already!

Ms. Mine gave us all the information we needed to be comfortable during our stay, the street entrance of the villa after the main road is a little problematic, you get used to entering and leaving on the second day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

Stayed there for 8 days, one of the best family holidays that I had. We were 7 people and everyone enjoyed the house, location and the views. Very peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for lazy beach holiday. It has its own beach and to be honest way better than most public beaches in the area, so you don’t have to try and spend money there. Water in the sea is super clean and average temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The pool is clean as well, very enjoyable to swim, around 28-30 degrees Celsius, my toddler son enjoyed it too. Serkan is very nice and responsive host, that answered my questions and requests within minutes. The attention to detail, books collections, dvd collections and cozy furniture made it feel like we were in our own summer house; the vibe was amazing. Would go there again sometime in future 100%.

Absolutely lovely stay the host was amazing very helpful the villa was in a lovely private relaxing location couldn’t ask for anything else highly highly recommend will definitely be visiting again without a doubt

The host was very caring and friendly. It really helped with the check-in time. The house and pool were spotless. The pool water temperature was very nice and it was suitable to swim even in the evening. It is a quiet place to relax, you can have a holiday with all the tools and equipment in your own house and with a perfect view. I recommend it. It's a place to come back to.

We had an enjoyable stay at Villa Ars. The Villa was fully equipped as described and the pool and garden was lovely. Beds were super comfortable and we felt at home. The hosts Parents live next door who allowed us to pick fresh Oranges and Lemons from their trees. The host was kind enough to take us to the local mosque to perform our Friday Prayers which very thoughtful and convenient for us. Çağatay thank you for everything and I hope we have the opportunity to stay at Villa Ars in the future. Salaams to you and your amazing parents.

It was a perfect second experience for us. We were so pleased with the previous year that we decided to go again this year, and we are glad that we made such a decision. We had a great vacation. Ms. Ebru, who offers a perfect holiday opportunity with both friends and family, has a perfect home and a great host. A wonderful house to choose for a perfect holiday in Datça. It is at least 5 and at most 20 minutes away from all the beautiful bends of Datça. The view is wonderful. It is a peaceful villa in nature. I would like to thank Ms. Ebru again and again.

From the first moment we booked until the last moment, Mr. Ramazan took care of us very well, he was very kind and kind in this regard. Lindos is beautiful and this apartment has the most stunning views from the large comfortable terrace.

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

We were a group of 4. The apartment suited us very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (right down to parchment paper for baking and storage containers for leftovers) to cook on the nights we ate in. The pool is amazing. I have already recommended Hakki's listing to my Izmir and Ankara friends.

We had a wonderful time at L&C apartments. The staff was super friendly, we had a room close to the garden where our child had lots of space to play. Zafeira even provided some toys of her own children. We made use of the kitchenette in our apartment, while enjoying the hotel and cleaning services. Perfect combination when travelling with a young child!

Great apartment! Quiet location and yet in the middle of the action. A few meters to the beach, restaurants and bars! The apartment was super clean, very well maintained and exactly as in the pictures and the description. Communication channels are flawless. Parking spaces are right outside the door.
