In front of the🔸 property, there is a beach promenade, a sandy beach, and a clear East Sea. 🔸Our room is located on the 10th floor, so both the bedroom and the living room have a good ocean view. There are bowls and cooking utensils (pot, frying pan, rice cooker) that can be used🔸 by 4 people, induction, wine glasses, etc. You can also do light cooking. 🔸The bedding is replaced with new ones each time, so it is clean. 🔸There is a guide on how to use the accommodation on the living room table. Please read the print carefully and keep it. 🔸There is an E-Mart convenience store on the 1st floor of the building. In addition to the underground parking lot of the🔸 building, there is a free parking lot next to the building. There 🔸are restaurants, convenience stores, E-Mart, and grocery stores around the property. It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
