Welcome to Grant Park Haven, your home away from home. Located in the beautiful Grant Park/Hollywood neighborhood of NE Portland, it offers easy access to downtown, public transportation, restaurants, pubs, shopping, entertainment, parks, a swimming pool, grocery stores, and the freeways. The one bedroom Airbnb is the day-lit, lower unit of a new Craftsman style house built in 2018. With a queen bed and a queen sofabed in the living area, there is space for 4 people total. Everyone is welcome!

I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.
