Incredible guest suite ! Good location and walking distance to some delicious food carts, private parking space was very convenient and Erin was accommodating as well. Most importantly the small things like heated bathroom floors make this place one of the best we’ve been

Jen and her family were great hosts, we felt right at home and welcomed. They made sure to check in if we needed anything or answered our questions when we were curious about something . I would definitely recommend to others ! It was a beautiful stay and very quiet 10/10 .

Such a cute cottage with the perfect amenities. Mark was super welcoming and left us with free snacks, candy, drinks, and ice cream! For sure our favorite place we’ve stayed at, we just felt so welcome. The house had a private patio area, surround system for the TV and heated floors. Will be staying here next time we visit!

Our 3rd stay here in the last 3 months and it continues to be a favourite. Bright, clean, private and close to the University of Portland, where we watched Pilots Baseball’s last home series of the season. Janine is a gracious and accommodating host. We look forward to coming back to stay here when we visit our son next school year.

The location is quiet and neighborly. Folks are out walking their dogs in the morning and evening and are friendly in the neighborhood. It is a peaceful street and easy to walk a block or two to catch a bus into nearby shops and restaurants. A close drive to downtown or an easy day trip to the Columbia Gorge, Coast, or Mt. Hood. Nice, clean, relaxing space. Hot tub is excellent and well-maintained, kitchen is stocked with quality gadgets and table settings. Hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. But they do not expect/require extended in-person pleasantries upon arrival or departure or at any point throughout. They are available when needed, but mostly just gave us space to do our thing. In our case, we had a multi-day, large family gathering so solo decompression time at the Airbnb was much appreciated. Even got some work done over WiFi. It was also a nice spot to have a family member or two at a time over for lunch or a soak in the hot tub.

The space was perfect for us. Clean , comfortable, safe, and close to the family we came to visit. Christopher got back to us almost immediately for each of my requests and updated me on any information that might be important. Although we did not use the hot tub, (only because it's not my jam), it was super clean and designated towels were supplied. The outdoor space was lovely to sit in for morning coffee and evening wine. I will definately stay here again when in town.

I rented this place for my daughter for her honeymoon. They said the bed was comfortable and the hot tub was in a garden like setting and very private.

This was a cute and cozy suite. Met all my needs. They were quick to respond to any and all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The Perch was just right for the two of us for a couple days in SE Portland. While small, it had everything we needed and then some within arms reach. We appreciated the fresh coffee, the bidet, and great AC. Furnishings were in really great shape. The location near to Division St amenities and close to bus stops was ideal for exploring the neighborhood and getting to downtown quickly, while it was still fairly quiet. This stay is hard to beat!

Everything was wonderful! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom is gorgeous. We would highly recommend staying here for your Portland trip - the neighborhood is beautiful, safe and full of fun places to eat!

The Owl’s Nest was one of the best Airbnbs where my husband and I have ever stayed! John’s place was pristine with beautiful wood details and decor was tastefully thematic. (He displays a beautiful map collection!) We really appreciated the attention to detail - they provide little things like extra toothbrushes, toiletries, and first aid that demonstrate thoughtfulness and care for their guests! The kitchen was very well stocked, too — we enjoyed some nighttime snacks and a slow morning with the coffee provided ☕️ John’s instructions and guest book were clear and thorough. We simply loved our short stay here! It was the perfect reprieve from a busy trip :)

Charles was an absolute stellar host! Check in was smooth, and straight forward! He gave us some great recommendations after viewing our itinerary and they were all hits! The location was great because it felt secure, and was not too busy! There’s a beautiful rose garden with a gazebo within walking distance he recommended we check out, and it was just that- BEAUTIFUL! He made swift work to get us settled in and answered our messages within the hour. The place is very spacious, and amenities were top notch! Arguably the most well equipped Airbnb home I have ever stayed at! Make sure you ask Charles for recommendations for food, sights, and adventure, I guarantee you they will not disappoint!

There were 4 adults in our party. We wanted a nice quiet place away from the busy city to stay but close enough to still do what we came for. This place was perfect! It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We bring most of our own food on road trips and they had all the cookware and dishes we could need. A coffee pot was important for me and they had a keurig and a regular pot. They were kind, helpful and very responsive to messages. Overall the place had plenty of room for 4 people. I Hope I have a reason to come back to the area because I would book here again.

This place was awesome. Definitely one of my favorites stays after being at a handful of airbnbs. Spacious and very nice place along with having quite literally anything you would need. Molly and Dan were very nice and responsive which made the stay even better.

This place is a gem. Just like the photos, clean, quiet, peaceful. Mollie and Jake are great, really nice people. Great location, easy parking. Will stay again if available.

This is the second time we have stayed here and would definitely come back next time we visit Portland.
