The victory space is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard power outlets throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was still a robe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

A lovely oasis and very helpful host. Best to drive a 4 wheel vehicle as the unmade roads are a challenge.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated home. The high ceilings, wood floors, and natural light made it feel airy and calm. The setting was very peaceful—no traffic noise—and we appreciated the newer appliances and thoughtful design touches. A few practical issues stood out: the toaster didn’t work properly, and there was a rusted honing rod and steak knife in the drawer. While we appreciated the stainless steel pan, the nonstick one was scratched and worn. The white couch was extremely firm, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay closed. Still, these were minor things in the grand scheme, and we’re confident the owners can address them easily. With a few updates, this place could be truly exceptional. We’d gladly come back to enjoy its charm, quiet, and natural light again.

Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. Excellent service and predisposition for everything from Axel. The apartment, which is more of a small house in a PH, is super spacious, clean and tidy. You enjoy privacy and tranquility. The area has many gastronomic proposals, easy access and proximity to the train station or Av. Rivadavia makes it ideal as a starting point to explore the city. I am fascinated and I will definitely choose it again.
