We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The host provided our essential needs and leave some instructions before checking in. Great location—would definitely stay again!

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

A decent place to stay in the heart of Muntinlupa close to Manila, local malls, and the airport. I enjoyed the property as it had its own private pool, restaurant, coffee shop, hair salon, and others. It’s walking distance to a Starbucks, bank, and grocery store. The property itself is guarded by security 24/7 so it’s relatively safe. The condominium itself was good and had everything you need for a short or long term stay. I wish the unit was more modern and newly renovated but it is a good and affordable option. The host and co-host are superb and answered questions quickly.

Thank you for the good stay. The place is cozy, near to everything. Host is so responsive & helpful. I recommend it all to my colleagues who will going for vacation and coming back from vacation.

The unit was beautifully designed in every corner—definitely felt like a true penthouse! It would have been even better with an aircon in the living room since there’s only one in the bedroom. Having utensils and drinking water available would also make it feel more like home. Other than that, no complaints! The lobby receptionists were friendly, the host was easy to communicate with, and the building has great amenities like a gym, salon, and convenience store right in the lobby.

The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided from kitchen essentials to fresh linens and even some lovely decorative touches that made the space feel cozy and welcoming. The location is excellent safe, peaceful, and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It’s also just a short drive to Bonifacio Global City, making it super easy to explore and get around. The building itself is modern and secure, with courteous staff and great amenities like a pool and fitness center that added to the overall experience. What truly stood out was how peaceful and quiet the environment was perfect for a restful break or even for remote work. Waking up to the view and enjoying a morning coffee

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

We ultimately loved the place! My family had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The entire unit gave off hotel-like vibes—fully airconditioned, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was how unique the property was with its private pool. It truly made our stay special. We spent our nights watching movies together and taking midnight dips in the pool—it felt like our own private retreat. The ambiance was cozy yet luxurious, perfect for bonding and unwinding. It’s definitely worth every penny. With the quality of the amenities and the overall experience, you’re getting way more than what you pay for. The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

Danica's Pad is a perfect place for a family staycation. With complete amenities and free use of cutlery. A very cozy place to relax and have bond with your fam! The kitchen, comfort room, living room and bedroom was so tidy, clean and cool. It was so enjoyable and fun to stay in a place that feels like home. We had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient—right in the center of everything, making it easy to get around. The place was spotless and very secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. We loved that we could cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and having Netflix and a PS5 available was a huge bonus for relaxing at night. The cartoon and anime-themed wall added a fun and unique touch that made the space feel extra cozy and personal. The hot shower was perfect after a long day of exploring. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely book again!

The caretakers on-site were warm, always smiling, and willing to help with anything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and felt very homey. One of the highlights for us was the pool — it’s non-chlorinated and was freshly filled upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The only minor issue we encountered was a leak in the second room during a particularly strong rain. We mentioned it to the caretaker, and they were quick to acknowledge it and committed to addressing it right away. This didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay at all. Overall, we had a lovely experience and our family is already looking forward to our next visit!
