My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

It's was great staying at this place! Very quite good for reviewing (I booked this so I could review for my Law School Entrance Exam). However, the parking is kinda far like a 5-minute walk to building's entrance. But all in all, it was a nice experience :)

The stay was good. The place is clean and smells good. The unit feels like home, and the air conditioning is working properly. We didn't encounter any problem checking in and checking out.

overall the experience was great! everything was cleaned and organized. the owner was very helpful. he even helped us carry our luggages. wifi was strong but sometimes it is intermittent due to rhe repeater falling from the socket. a few minor observations though 1. the refrigerator is very small . can't even store a 6 gallon water. but if you're just staying for a night or 2, that shouldn't be a problem 2. also, the CR door scratches the floor making it very squeaky. other that those, the experience was excellent 👌

Loved our stay at this place. Good location and very spacious. Walking distance to molito and atc. Clean and has everything you need. Aircons working well. And most of all no cockroach spotted. Will stay again if given the chance. Good communication with Jaime and very flexible during check in and check out.

felt very grateful to the host for allowimg us to stay 1hr earlier than the supposed check in time. unit was clean with complete appliances. we felt like we’re at home. we’ll definitely back again soon.

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.

The host was very responsive to all our queries and made sure we have a five-star experience throughout our stay. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Check-in and check-out times were also flexible. We would just inquire with the building staff and we will be accommodated immediately since they were already informed beforehand. The place gave a very warm cozy feel, as if it were your own home. They prepared towels and amenity kits for us on our stay. The place exceeded our expectations as it was complete with all appliances and amenities including an ironing board. The mattresses and pillows were clean and very cozy. There were also plates and utensils to be used. I highly recommend Leah’s place as a choice of stay if you have events near ATC or Filinvest City as it is located at walking distance to both areas.
