About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Proximity to all Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the natural paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and falu mine etc. NOTE: Bed linen and towels are included, but you will have to make the bed before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Simesstugan, the accommodation near Romme Alpin

Simesstugan was built in 1894 and is part of an old farm called Simesgården with surrounding barns. The property has been in the family for many generations, and we see it as our second home and hope you get the same feeling. The kitchen has a large kitchen table with a kitchen sofa and chairs. The kitchen also has an old wood-burning stove that you are welcome to use; why not cook your food on it? The living room has a sofa and TV (Boxer), and for extra coziness, there is a tiled stove.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil home with the personal decor of Dalastil. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
