The perfect place. The house is perfectly cared for, with an ideal orientation and spectacular views, mountain and beach from the terrace, ideal to disconnect. Gonzalo is an exceptional host, I clarify all our doubts and help us accommodate us on arrival, of course you can see that he cares about the stay of his guests. My children really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the view , from the pool it's beautiful. We'll definitely repeat, Thank you for all Gonzalo

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

The house and the host are a 10. The house is in a perfect location to get to know Cabo de Palos and go everywhere on foot, both to the beach and to the restaurants. The house is great and has everything you need and several terraces. Communication is perfect and makes everything easy for you. We were at home. We'll definitely repeat. Thank you Chema

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, the private fenced outdoor area was especially suitable. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with tables and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed a changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and wash, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in a China shop, respectively. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

Beautiful villa with amazing amenities, looks just like the photos. Close to shops which is great 😃 Hosts very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended would stay again 😃

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Very nice apartment, wonderful and quiet place. Roque is very helpful, if we needed anything, he was immediately available and helped. The apartment was clean and tidy, the beds were in order. The pool is clean and has a pleasant temperature. Great place for a family vacation. We'd love to come back.

A perfect stay in Calabardina I just spent four wonderful days at Mike and Lisa's place, and I can't be more satisfied. From the first contact, the communication with them was extraordinary: attentive, friendly and always willing to help. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Every detail was carefully thought out, which made me feel at home from the moment I started. Calabardina is a place that I usually visit frequently, and without a doubt, this house has become an option to take into account for future visits. I know some prefer to keep special places a secret to keep them from massacre, but the treatment received and the lived experience make it impossible not to share it. Thank you, Mike and Lisa, for making this stay unforgettable.

We had a wonderful 7 week stay at Toni’s place, everything was spotless, comfortable and the kitchen was so well-equipped (something I had never come across before)! It was so relaxing to sit on the roof terrace and look at the sea with a glass in hand! If you’re looking for a quiet place with a pool just round the corner and near to shops and bars, it’s got to be Toni’s cozy home in Torrevieja.

This accommodation is perfectly in line with the description – impeccably clean, well-equipped and ideally located. The terrace and pool are real extras. Our host was friendly, responsive and available. A perfect experience in every way, we will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely experience booking this place for remote work. Dominika and her mom were very supportive, responded promptly and helped with all of our questions. The place was clean, had a lot of space and all of the essentials we needed (even snacks, so the attention to detail was very nice). They provided bikes, which were really helpful as we got around the town quite fast (10-15 mins until the beach, gym or mall). There are 2 bus stations really close (1 min away) for the bus going to Torrevieja (which is 1.6 euros for the ride). The supermarket is 5 mins away and there are a lot of activities (padel, tennis) close by too. The pool was really nice as well and the neighbourhood is really peaceful. We recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Los Altos! Thank you for everything, Dominika! ❤️

Martins villa is beautiful, everything you need and more, even better than the photos. Pool is just perfect,close to restaurants and bars. Martin was very helpful and great communication. Will definitely return 😃

David is a great host, Always accessible and accommodating! The location is great because there is little going on on the beach in front of the terrace during the week. Restaurants are easily and quickly accessible both on foot and by car. Excursions are also easily accessible within 20 minutes by car.

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again

Amazing property which exceeded our expectations. Both the check-in and check-out was very flexible and friendly. The villa is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and hence a perfect getaway to relax and spend time along the pool. The house itself was very complete with lots of amenities. I look forward to come back and spend another weekend in the villa to recharge my batterie whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.
