Reinkommen und sich Wohlfühlen! Die neu renovierte Wohnung mit Terrasse im UG eines gepflegten Einfamilienhauses ist ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 8 Gehminuten von der S-Bahnhaltestelle (S4) entfernt. (2 Haltestellen PH Ludwigsburg und 27 Minuten bis Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof). Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind hell und geräumig und werden derzeit noch möbliert. Außerdem befindet sich die Küche im Einbau und sie ist bis Jahresende 2025 komplett. Der Eingang ist separat in einen kleinen Flur bzw. Garderobe.

A bright apartment with balcony on the first floor of an apartment building. A carport is available. The village is quiet and green, good for bike rides and walks. Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A bakery (max. 5 min walk) and also other shopping (DM, Kaufland, Lidl etc.). Feel at home. :-) Enjoy!

This accommodation is super easy to find and Hildegard was very friendly. For us, it was something completely new, as we usually book an Airbnb that we have completely to ourselves. The area is really very quiet and we heard from friends nearby afterwards that the area is safe and especially suitable for families.
