Beau studio indépendant de plein-pied, de 27 m2 à Maurin, quartier de Lattes. Bien équipé et climatisé, avec sa propre terrasse. Pour une question de sécurité, nous n'acceptons pas les enfants de moins de 3 ans et nos amis les animaux non plus car nous avons des chats qui se baladent librement. Piscine 6mx3m à partager avec nous. Il est impossible de recharger un véhicule électrique ni de vous garer à l'intérieur de notre propriété. 6 nuits minimum en juillet et août. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).
