Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

In the afternoon, relax on the cozy sofa from the hike to the walkable Falkenstein, Germany's highest castle ruin, from the ski trip to the nearby Tannheimer Valley, from the visit to King Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein Castle or from the day of swimming at Lake Weissensee, which awaits with clear alpine water just a five-minute walk away. In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. We start many beautiful hikes/ bike tours. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Old town Villa | Apartment "Linderhof"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
