The apartment overlooks the characteristic Venetian square of San Filippo e Giacomo, lined with traditional restaurants and cafes. St. Mark's Square is an easy 5-minute walk away, allowing you to admire the architecture of the Basilica and the Bridge of Sighs. It features two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a temporary single bed, sleeping up to 6 people. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with fast fiber internet access to watch your favorite series. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite and one in the hallway. There is a separate kitchen with a sofa.

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.
