Villa holiday rentals in Mushroom Bay Beach

The villa is very well managed. Audrey was already waiting for us to show us around, also shared her map with recommendations around the island (food, shopping, atms,…) The villa looks very nice and is decorated just the perfect amount. Also everything is well maintained and looks just like in the pictures. To that: You will find everything you need, from coffee, to mosquito sprays and coils. They even thought of providing outdoor towels. We really loved the location as it was not too busy and you could still easily walk or drive everywhere, as the island is small anyway! Would definitely recommend!

What more can I say - this place and its staff surpassed all of our wildest tropical getaway dreams. It was absolute perfection and we could not have been happier with our stay. The villa itself is spectacular - the architecture, the finishes, the gardens, the beautiful pool… I could happily live there. We stayed with another couple and our young toddlers, and each of us thoroughly loved our time at the villa. It’s an incredible location too, walking distance to epic cafes, restaurants etc. It’s also just a tiny walk to the beach where there are always surf taxis available, and gorgeous beachfront cafes etc. The incredible staff kept the place pristine, made us yummy breakies and were just overall very kind and beautiful people to have a chat with. Thank you Ketut, Wayan and Made! We miss you all. Oh, and they very thoughtfully organised a delicious cake for my partners 40th which was such a kind surprise! Honestly, I would go back to the villa in a heartbeat. I miss NL so much!

We stayed as a family of five (kids aged 6–11) and this villa was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable—right near the boat drop-off in the "fancy bit" of Lembongan, close to amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes, and a short walk to Jungutbatu Beach for great swimming and beachfront dining. The view is INCREDIBLE—sunrises, sunsets, and Mt Agung perfectly framed by the main bedroom doors. The villa itself is comfortable, cool, and full of lovely little surprises, like a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. But the real secret weapon is the team: Karen was so helpful before we arrived, and Kecho on the ground was simply outstanding. He met us when we arrived, helped with every little thing we needed, and organised an amazing island tour and snorkelling trip. His local knowledge and kindness made our stay so easy and relaxed. We couldn’t rate this place highly enough—it’s easily the best place to stay on the island!

Private, spacious Villa with one of the best ocean views from the island. The house is very comfortable, clean and offered a huge deck, terrace and great size pool with breathtaking views. It’s in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants. Rosa and the staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful with any question and organised transport to and from the Villa. Would love to be back.

I've stayed 2 night the location it's perfect close to everything you will need close to the beach and restaurants the place has really nice decorations and everything is clean the pool was nice the host she is friendly and helpful highly recommend don't hesitate to book it

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was very neat and clean. Loved spending time at the villa and it had a great view. Took some wonderful pictures of sunrise and sunset. Food delivery was also on time and hot food. so overall was worth the stay and have good memories of the place.

Sandro was a wonderful host, responded to all my questions quickly, gave suggestions when I asked for them and agreed to let me store my luggage in the air BnB as I was due to arrive early. I was even allowed to check in earlier when I arrived as Wayan, the villa manager, had already finished preparing the villa. The air BnB itself is beautiful. Very spacious, clean and even better in real life than in the photos. Every morning the staff came to clean and Wayan cut up some fruit and left in the fridge for us ready to eat. I had Bali Belly one of the days while I was there, from some food I ate at a restaurant most likely, and Wayan was really helpful with getting me medicine as I had no energy or strength to go anywhere. All in all, had a great stay here, hospitality was outstanding and I would definitely come back and highly recommend. Thanks Sandro and the rest of the team!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! The Cabins in Nusa Lembongan were everything we needed. Accomodation was beautiful and private and positioned perfectly up on the cliff for maximum breeze and comfort The perfect place for luxury and leisure - a different take on the standard villa We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing stay with the best views on the island and incredible service. We loved the breakfast and private chef dinner.

Peaceful and perfect. This beach house was a serene escape—quiet, relaxing, and exactly what my family needed. The layout of the house was fantastic: spacious, well thought-out, and made it easy to unwind. Would absolutely stay again if I went back to Nusa Lembongan.

Gus and his team are absolutely amazing, they were there to meet us at the boat when we arrived and more than happy to promptly assist with us with any and all requests. The villa is very clean and has fantastic amenities. The villa location is amazing and has one of the best views on the island. The photos don't do it justice, it is spectacular. I can't recommend this villa enough and would definitely stay here again. Thanks very much team

We stayed on three locations for our Bali trip and Lembongan was by far the favourite amongst all guests. The accommodation was perfect for 2 families. Large rooms all with their own bathrooms. Kitchen lounge and dining all outside overlooking the beautiful white sands and pristine waters. The pool was beautiful however after a long hot day is a bit warm. Walking out of the entry gates straight onto the sand and into natures pool, the ocean, was amazing. The villa is a short walk to fantastic cafes and restaurants however for more fine dining our hosts were always available to make bookings for venues and travel to and from. They also organised snorkelling tours and gave great recommendations on shops and exploring. At one point I needed something printed so they arranged my travel and helped me get it done. Our hosts were only a message away and were fast with responses. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back

We stayed there as a group of two families with six children under 12 between us. The location was fantastic. Lots of room to move around, beautiful pool and sandy bay restaurant has amazing food and cocktails. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, with that many people staying (and that many children) the floors got very sandy and sticky with the humidity and needed to be swept at least twice a day and mopped at least once. Empty glasses, half eaten fruit platters, rubbish would be left lying out most of the day (staff were full time) we also never had enough fresh pool towels each day for each person. Whenever one of us would go to ask the staff for something, they were more often than not, sitting out the back of the kitchen scrolling on their phones so they weren’t busy doing something else. We also saw a rat twice - once scurrying under the couch and the other time sitting on kitchen bench. If the cleanliness was better this place would be five star.

Found this beauty a few days before I went to Lembongan, it is a great spot & away from the crowds but close enough to the main spots to eat, enjoy massages and all that Lembongan has to offer. Ayu is fantastic and helped get a scooter sorted within half an hour, great communication & dealt with things quickly. For anyone reading reviews about complaints on the kitchen, water building up in the bathroom drain when it rains (noting it is partly outdoors) or insects etc, it is a shack by the seaside. Take that for what it is. A cute little home, excellent pool, quiet spot, air-conditioned & accessible. There will be another villa next door that they have just started construction on, but look forward to returning again for some peace and quiet.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Samudera. So relaxing. Everywhere super clean. Hosts were so helpful with organising transport on the mainland as well as on the island. It was great to be met on arrival and shown where things are in the villa (a lot of light switches!). The location is great - really quiet but close to great restaurants and close to the beach for cocktails and dinner. My friend and I would love to come back again!

This is a beautiful spot, a perfect place to unwind and re-set. I spent hours watching the waves and the pool is gorgeous. It is very quiet there, delicious food in the local restaurants but all quite sleepy which was fine for us but worth noting in case you’re after a bit more “nightlife”. Breakfast is prepared and included in the price (which I hadn’t noticed in the listing) - as others have said the banana pancakes are first class! The 2 gentlemen who come in the mornings are an absolute delight, super helpful. Only thing to mention is the third bed in the “nook” is basically on a platform above the bathroom so it’s extremely hot up there (no AC) so not very comfortable for an extended stay - also no privacy up there. You ideally need to be comfortable riding a scooter to get around the island. Highly recommend doing a snorkel trip - we had the most incredible dives, saw a few many rays.

Villa nusa is a great place to stay if you are visiting Lembongan. Maya and the staff were so friendly and helpful, with lots of great recommendations of places to eat and help with organising snorkel trips etc. my mum had a massage with Komang and loved it! The pool has an amazing view and the rooms were clean and tidy. Definitely recommend!
