Waterfront holiday rentals in Mushroom Bay Beach

If you plan to come to Bali to see the jungle, the rice fields, to feel peace and to experience the local culture - THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! The accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful and natural parts of Bali - among maaaaaany rice fields. The view from the balcony is what I think most people come to the island for and they can hardly find - it is to die for. There is a pathway near the house and the walk there is like something I have only seen in movies. Dekwar and his wife took time of their day just to make sure I had everything I needed. Dekwar went to grab some documents for me, assisted me with renting a scooter, meanwhile his wife brought me their bike in case I was scared to use said scooter. She also brought me rice and a rice cooker and taught me how to use it. Dekwar also took me to the water temple, helped me walk through waterfalls, took me to a morning ceremony and a house gathering with his friends which I am sooooo so grateful for.

Great stay, amazing open concept villa. Really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend when in the area!

Clean and quiet

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! I stayed here for two nights and honestly, it was fantastic—I enjoyed every single moment! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality, especially from one of the staff members, Kadek. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From helping with laundry, arranging drivers, recommending great places to eat, organizing food delivery, and much more—he was always there with a smile and a solution. Kadek is an absolute legend and a big reason why my stay was so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service, comfort, and a genuinely warm experience. Would definitely come back!

We really liked the place and location, everything was easy to find, the apartment is close to the restaurants, clubs and beach .

Our friend was getting married next door, so it was a great base for my friends and I. It’s not “5-star” but it was clean and enormous. It’s a little tired in places, particularly the decking around the pool. Make sure you stop and get groceries before you arrive in the area, because options are quite limited. I still gave 5-stars because the hosts were exceptional and the property is excellent value for money.

We had a great stay at Villa Koral What you get: three bedrooms villa, with private pool and beautiful view to the ocean. We rented snorkeling gear nearby and enjoyed the possibility to snorkel straight from the beach. 200 m from the villa you’ll find Agung Beach Club where we had all our meals. It’s very good and affordable food. The price is god for what you get, it’s not a luxury bungalow. It’s nice and simple, and for a two days, it was perfect for our needs. The location and the pool is fab❣️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nusa del Rey, Rachel’s villa in Nusa Lembongan for the second time already! This place is truly a little slice of paradise. The villa offers incredible comfort and is perfectly designed for a peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The local team who looked after us was absolutely amazing, such kind, thoughtful, and attentive people. Everything was spotlessly clean, and they made us feel so well cared for. The breakfast each morning was simply incredible, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to Rachel for another magical experience, and a very special thanks to the wonderful team on site for their kindness, warm welcome, and outstanding care. You truly looked after us with such generosity, we are deeply grateful. We wholeheartedly recommend Nusa del Rey to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful escape. Beautiful room great aircon, great shower soft sheets and the location perfect. Try lunch at dinner at the restaurant the food is great! If getting beer get an ice bucket to keep cold. Right on the beach near lots of great food places. Service friendly and helpful. We will be back!

We had one of the best stays of our lives at this property — it was absolutely mesmerizing! A truly private and peaceful Airbnb, open to the water, with the most stunning views. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped, and the outdoor lawn opened right onto the waterfront — it felt like a dream. We watched the most breathtaking sunsets, felt the cool sea breeze, and could even hear the soothing sound of the waves at night. It was an unforgettable experience — serene, beautiful, and incredibly special. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical♥️
