Idyllic archipelago cottage

Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Sjönära mysig stuga på 40 kvm med fönster ut mot havet och bryggan. Veranda med utemöbler. Golvvärme i hela huset och även braskamin i vardagsrummet. En korg ved ingår. Öppet kök med ugn, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frys och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140cm) och bord/stolar. Sovrum med 2 sängar. Toalett och dusch. Kanot finns att låna sommartid. Övrig tid i samråd. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder, handdukar, kökshanddukar ingår. 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.
