This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. Kanot finns att låna sommartid. Övrig tid i samråd. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder, handdukar, kökshanddukar ingår. 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.

Cottage on a quiet, small island (Kajaks for rent)

Stuga vid havet på liten ö i genuin skärgårdsmiljö. 1 tim. från Stockholm City Matplats och bädd för 2 personer (madrass finns om ni är fler), öppen spis, pentry med liten ugn, liten kyl med frysfack. Bastuhus med dusch och mulltoa. Utsikt över Horsfjärden. Grill samt båt med liten snurra vid egen brygga. Två kajaker finns att hyra för 400kr/st/dygn. Ön angörs av oss som hämtar med egen båt från Mickrumsbrygga på Muskö, båtfärd på ca.5 min. Det finns ingen affär på ön. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
