Located right by the Shinanomachi Interchange, with Lake Nojiri about 5 minutes away, this property offers year-round enjoyment with plenty of activities. Recommend 2 nights or more (discounts available) Seven people is the best number. In the summer it is cool and the water is cold. - In the cold winter of 10 degrees Celsius, you can stay warm and comfortable from your feet with underfloor heating. Two toilets and the first floor are flat floors, so you can use them safely from children to the elderly. Kurohime Ski Resort is a 5-minute drive away, and there are numerous ski slopes within a 30-minute radius, offering a variety of terrain to enjoy. We offer free rental of a simple BBQ grill and fire pit. On rainy days, you can play darts, Jenga, or table tennis indoors, or visit the nearby hot springs and saunas. In the forest, insects and animals coexist. Snow can be troublesome. The station, supermarket, and convenience store are within walking distance, making it a convenient location for those without a car. In winter, it is a location with easy access to multiple ski resorts. It is about 7 minutes by car to Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, about 8 minutes to Ikenodaira Onsen Alpenbrix Ski Resort, and about 13 minutes to Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort. Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk (or 1 min drive) to some cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!
