Large garden with playground equipment. 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (plus own baby bed) Note: part of a semi-detached house, simple standard, but new kitchen and bathroom, beautiful peaceful place. The other unit is also rented out, and guests in the other unit can be expected. If necessary, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

- Would you like to relax with family or friends in this child-friendly cabin with a great view of the large lake Nisser? The cabin is a traditional Norwegian cabin with high standard. It is located near the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to a fantastic view and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites you to a large terrace, which is furnished with sofa, sun loungers, dining table and private pavilion.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. We invite you to idyllic surroundings between mountain and lake. Our 30 m2 Lyngebu cabin is located at Ånudsbuoddane cabin area, by the lake Nisser in the heart of Telemark (5 min to Treungen city center with several shops, 15 min to Gautefall ski center, walking distance to water, mountain trails). We also offer a rowboat, so the area can be explored from the water. Here you get the best view of the lake and mountains with all the comforts to enjoy your stay! Cozy cabin on the shore of Nisser, the second largest lake in Telemark. Start your day with a refreshing dip in the lake, or just enjoy the view from the breakfast table. Spend your day hiking, playing, cycling or canoeing. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away.
