Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in quiet and rural surroundings. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, it is a short drive for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine facility. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 hours from the Zoo in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area for fishing, cycling, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. BED LINEN AND TOWELS MUST BE BROUGHT The bedrooms have respectively: 1. 160 cm bed 2. 160 cm bed 3. 2 single beds As well as 2 mattresses on the loft Minimum rent, 3 nights

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Explore yourself and nature 💚

The Kårboligen. 30 minutes to Arendal.

Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. The accommodation is preferably rented to families or working people who need accommodation. Newly restored house Fiber with good capacity

Boathouse by the lake

Koselig båthus i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båthuset/leiligheten ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Båthuset er best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra mai-september. Kajakker er ikke tilgjengelig oktober-april.

Ingstad teltet - Glamping hos Nidelva Adventure ligger idyllisk til for seg selv ved elvebredden, med flott utsikt over Nidelva og naturen rundt. Her får du en rolig og skjermet opplevelse, selv om veien er i nærheten. Perfekt for deg som ønsker å koble av i naturskjønne omgivelser. Teltet har parkering rett ved, noe som gjør ankomsten enkel og praktisk. Bad og toalett deles med et nærliggende anneks, og det er ikke dusj på stedet. Dette må oppleves og vi har mange vann-aktiviteter på stedet.

Lad batteriene i denne fine hytta med usjenert beliggenhet. Min mann som er arkitekt, har tegnet den. Hytta er en liten perle med sjel og karakter. Interiøret er enkelt og harmonisk med fine farger og autentiske materialer som skaper en varm og intim atmosfære. Innbyr til fred og ro. Ingen TV. Det er gode muligheter for friluftsliv både sommer og vinter; bading, båttur, turstier, toppturer og ski/slalåm på Gautefall skisenter. Sengetøy, håndklær, ved og utvask inngår i prisen!

Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier).
