We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

There were 7 of us in the accommodation for a few days to hike and relax there. The house is great! As a smart home, you can control a lot with the tablet - but as is the case with technology, it doesn't always work smoothly. Beds are comfortable, showers are large, sauna and whirlpool are also suitable for relaxing. In the large garden, you can also relax and/or play games. The only criticism is that the pans should be replaced, as the coatings have already been used quite a bit. Thanks for the great stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

Our stay at Vladimír's place was fantastic all around! Communication went smoothly, very friendly, and he was very helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation.

The place was small, but it was cozy. Everything matched the photos and description. It's just a matter of sleeping on the sofa bed, we stayed here for 3 nights-and it was enough 😀

everything was ok, the host was not there, the keys in the lockbox, the neighbors were unobtrusive, but I think someone taking care of the apartment is in the building. The apartment is clean, maybe the furniture would need to be reviewed. You can cook a kitchen with an induction, a fridge, pots, and cooking tools. You'll need to book a parking lot next door, you won't park in the wild.

The apartment is located perfectly as a starting point for your hikes. It’s well equipped and comfortable. Nice balcony with the stream flowing just under it, perfect for a coffee in the morning, or a beer at the end of a tiring day.

Everything was great, Mrs. Lucie was an excellent host, nice, helpful. We liked it very much, I recommend it to everyone.

The place is in very good condition and newly furnished. We got a basic supply of tea, coffee and even wine! Only the communication with the person on site was only possible in Czech, which none of us spoke - but we still managed everything well, the person was very nice. It is also great that you can ski directly from the ski slope to the apartment. In order to get to the large ski area, however, you have to take the bus in the morning, which also works well.
