Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mysuru

We booked this property for almost 12 days. It’s located in a very peaceful and quiet as well as well. Connected to major roads and highways. Check-in was very smooth. Host was always a very responsive and very polite. The property is well maintained, fully equipped and furnished. It worth every penny.

The stay was absolutely perfect! It was booked last minute and our check in was super late. The caretaker was superb and was super responsive, as well as the manager. The only thing I would ask to be improved is a bit more privacy, especially while using the pool. Other than that everything was perfect!

The place was excellent and we loved our stay. The hosts were both responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make dinner for us even though it was late. They recommended places to visit and made awesome breakfast. The place itself is huge and well done. We enjoyed our stay and totally recommend you book it for your getaway.

After spending 4 days at Bharath's place, I can only think of good things to say. The location is excellent if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. The home overlooks coffee plantations and also forests on a hill - there is greenery everywhere! The property itself is a home with beautifully maintained flowers and other plants. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There is an attached kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and basic utensils - enough to make quick meals but nothing elaborate. The bathroom is clean and we had no trouble getting hot water. The beds are comfortable. Can't really ask for more. Spots such as the Irpu Falls and Nagarhole NP are nearby. Importantly, Bharath and his family are wonderful people, and made us feel right at home. As long as you have the expectation that this is not a commercial venture and you're staying in someone's home, you are sure to have a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Coorg when staying here.

I had a great time staying here as my base as I explored Mysore. Simran and her mother were very flexible, understanding and helpful, and I very much appreciated that. As hosts, they made my time in the city all the better! The house is spacious and off the main road, so it’s usually quite quiet at night, a good respite from the noise of the city especially during Dasara! There is a convenient bus to the city not far from the house, and Uber also worked very well. About 110 rupee to Mysore Palace by tuktuk (“auto”). They provide clean drinking water and there’s a place to hang your clothes outside. Some good vegetarian restaurants in walking distance. The house is fairly old, but apart from the electricity sockets which were a little bit loose for my devices’ connections, it was all pretty well-maintained and everything was clean. I’d stay again!

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and provided great local tips. Check-in was a breeze, and the location was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—5 stars!

Our family of four had a great time as we booked the whole place for us. A wonderful experience which ends up wanting for more. This beautifully crafted home is aesthetically pleasing and offers a lot of inspiration. The spacious bedrooms, recreational room, and very clean surroundings make it a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near the old Blr-Mysore highway. The host is very helpful as well. The private place is surrounded by greenery, near the river Kaveri, with chirping and sounds of nature. Kitchen is well-equipped, and you will be treated to delightful breakfast. If you need home cooked lunch or dinner, the host can help you out in ordering. The closest shops are few kilometres away for anything. A gem of a place!

One of my best stays in India and rentals through Airbnb as a solo female traveller. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, with a huge comfy bed and fresh linens and towels. The wardrobe in the bedroom can be locked with keys, which is always a plus. Very close to loads of cafes and shops. Subbaiah is very friendly and kind, and super responsive - he accommodated a very late check in and always made sure that everything was in order. Beautiful views from the communal terrace, that unfortunately I didn't have much time to enjoy. I'd definitely stay again!

I stayed in the studio apartment at Melrose House for over a month and am so happy with my experience. The bed was as comfy, the bathroom was nice and always spotless, with great hot water. The bug screen on the window and EXCELLENT ceiling fan were a huge plus. Despite the April heat and no A/C, the thick insulating walls kept the space cool enough. It’s much healthier than A/C, you know. The neighborhood is peaceful, green, and full of charm—quiet streets, sweet neighbors, and a calm atmosphere (minus one very vocal dog across the street). There’s a lovely, very quiet café just opposite the house, and many more food options (and all shopping needs) within a five-minute walk. There’s even an ATM just on the corner there. If you’re going to Mysuru for yoga, this is the perfect location—every major shala is within walking distance. I rarely left the neighborhood! Lol I’ll definitely be remembering this place for my next visit to Mysuru.

The location is great and the place is clean and quite with close proximity to many cafes and restaurant. Me and my wife loved our month long stay here. Sumeet is a great host and I thank him.

I had a pleasant 2-day stay at this service apartment. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient, and the environment is quiet—perfect for a short getaway or work-related trip. One area of improvement would be the indoor games area—while the space is great, unfortunately, the lights weren’t working during our stay, which limited our ability to use it in the evenings. Hope this gets fixed soon, as it would add even more value to an already good experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!

Staying at Tharak's place checks every box for me when it comes to having an Airbnb experience. The whole experience has been absolutely smooth! From check-in to check-out (and post that), he made us feel right at home! The place is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Gokulam. The place is perfect if you'd like to take walks around, hop cafes, or just spend your time in the wide open terrace! Tharak and his wife Dorna were extremely friendly and accommodative. We were served samples of Dorna's Iranian cooking - which was great , and had a pleasant conversation. He gave us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be extremely useful during our time there. I'd highly recommend this Airbnb if you're looking for a stay in Mysore.

Priya’s place was just amazing. Extremely windy and spacious. Totally worth the money… Priya was always reachable and available for any query. The place is very new and squeaky clean. The rooms are sunny and the wind will just blow your mind! The place is just a few minutes away from the hustle bustle yet so very near all the touristy place. All good restaurants are available on swiggy/zomato. Blinkit works too. Will definitely visit the property again.

I and my wife with a infant stayed here for one day. Place matches description and very neat and clean. The care taker ashok is very nice guy he is very helpful and always be there to assist for anything we need. Price is bit more comparing to other stays in Mysuru. I stayed similar stays in mysuru for almost half of the price i payed for this. May be its worth if we have more than 2 persons or staying with at least 2 families.

A very cosy stay with a beautiful neighbourhood and the host showed a lot of warmth. Looking forward to visit the place again.

Amazing place, Amazing host, Amazing location and beautiful weather. The host is as nice as they come, gave local recommendations, helped with other personal errands, over-all a nice place, it's a shared space so there might be some other people, for me the experience with them was also quite good. location has some hotels nearby and since it's in a corner, it's peaceful, not everything is walkable, unless you like to go on walks. Bathroom was clean, room was clean. I'm not much heavy on amenities so didn't pay attention to that. it felt like home. would be here again everytime I'm in Mysore.
