Very more local than Jomtein and the views are unmatched - definitely will stay rebook again when I’m back in Pattaya, the security at the condo are super friendly and accommodating, there’s a fresh water vending machine downstairs so you can purchase water whenever you want, really really convenient and enjoyed it very much!

If you're looking for a place to relax by the ocean, this is it. From the moment we entered the apartment, we were blown away by the sea view. The waves are right there, and you can hear them from every room. Waking up to that sound is something else. The apartment is bright, stylish, and spotless. The huge windows let in so much light, and the balcony is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. You could honestly spend all day just sitting there, watching the ocean. The sunset on this section of the gulf of Thailand has no equal. And we've seen sunsets all over the world. The beach is just steps away, so we spent our days swimming, walking on the sand, and soaking up the sun. The host was fantastic, too. Super responsive and full of great local tips, including some amazing little shops we wouldn’t have found on our own. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. This place is a dream, and we’re already planning our next trip back.

Very nice owner, the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The place is very beautiful but there are no good shops nearby where you can buy meat, chicken. There are only small shops nearby. With Grab devilry supermarket was problems too, only one store Lotus and they always cancelled my order because no items. Grand Florida very far from everything so it’s was difficult. Every day I feed dogs near Condo. I would gladly return to this beautiful quiet place.
