Posledních cca 200 m může být příjezdová cesta ve špatném stavu, bahnitá/zamrzlá/zasněžená, ale s opatrností sjízdná, záleží na aktuálním počasí.

The apartment is located in the picturesque village of Řešetova Lhota. It's a place where the words relaxation and well-being are a reality :-) The accommodation capacity is for 4 people + a crib. One additional person is for an extra 150 CZK/night (5th person/folding couch). The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It includes a spacious dressing room. Guests also have a large garden with seating and barbecue area. The garden is partially fenced, so watch your pets :-)

Náš mezonetový apartman s terasou se nachází v klidné a slunné části Horního Maršova (7 km od Pece pod Sněžkou a 7 km od Jánských Lázních) s krásným výhledem na místní lovecký zámeček, faru a kostel na kraji lesa, přesto 450 m od centra. Místo je vhodné pro všechny věkové kategorie, rodiny s dětmi a domácími mazlíčky. K dispozici je místo pro grilování. Parkovací stání pod teresou - otevřená garáž. Luxurious, very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped 3 rooms apartment. It is located in the attic (3rd floor) and its area is 110m2. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a small living room with a TV. There are also two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with Miele appliances and for coffee lovers we offer Nespresso coffee machines. Fast WiFi, Sonos sound system and two smart TVs incl. Netflix.

Right at the ski slope - attic apartment 2 adults + 2 children

We offer you comfortable accommodation with a family atmosphere. Our small but very cozy attic apartment is located right under the ski slope of the Marta II ski resort. Apartment 152 is located on the top floor of apartment building No. 438 and thus has a unique view of the ski slope. A big advantage is the elevator, which allows barrier-free access to the apartment. For a comfortable stay, we recommend our apartment for 2 adults with max 2 children.
