A beautiful cottage that is our dream come true, which we are happy to share with you. The cottage built in 1919 is after a complete extensive renovation (2023) that made the property an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, family-run, and comfortable environment, from which you and our family will want to come home. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Giant Mountains National Park - the cottage surrounds from two sides of the forest.

The cottage is furnished for a comfortable stay. There are three rooms upstairs. Two with a double bed and one with twin beds. The biggest one can easily accommodate an extra bed and a crib. There's a nook in the hallway for children or watching TV. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. There is a seating area in the annex of the property. Evening fun doesn't disturb sleeping kids. There is a large garden with seating, fire pit, small stream and children's house.

Vila Adélka - cozy cottage in the Giant Mountains

Adélka is situated in Horní Maršov, the gate to Eastern Krkonoše. From us you can discover every corner of Krkonoše. We are close to Černá Hora, Sněžka, Pomezní boudy and Rýchory. Adélka is ideal for families or groups of friends and since she is a big girl, she can accomodate easily 25 people. There is a big fully equipped kitchen, big common room (Hospoda) and enough private and common rooms to enjoy your stay. Downstairs there is more private apartment with own kitchen and bathroom.

Cottage - Vápenka cottage, capacity up to 24 people

Chalupa se nachází v klidné části Adršpašsko-Teplických skal na okraji malebné vesničky Vápenka. K ubytování jsou k dispozici dva oddělené apartmány, každý s vlastním vchodem. V apartmánech je dostatek ložnic, společných prostor a koupelen. Nezapomněli jsme ani na možnost venkovního posezení. Kolem se rozprostírá rozlehlá zahrada s dětským hřištěm. K pronájmu nabízíme jak celou chalupu s kapacitou 24 lůžek, tak jednotlivé apartmány s polovičním počtem lůžek.

A bunk timbered cottage with a partially RECESSED summer POOL with a "beach", WIFI and SAUNA (older mensi sauna) on the outskirts of the village in a residential development under the forest, a ski bus just about 400 m, 4.5 km from the bottom station of the cable car to Černou Hora (SKI Janské Lázně) in the part of Dolní Maršov, 12 km from Pec pod Sněžkou and 10 km from Trutnov. Pool available in summer.

We offer a atmospheric wooden and brick cottage from 1932 located near the popular rock complex Adršpasko-Teplickie Skály, which is the most beautiful Czech rock towns and other attractive places. The front of the house from the quiet road is separated by a high wall of greenery and a charming stream. At the back is a garden with trees on a steep slope with a magnificent meadow at the end.
