the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

Eva was very helpful, available, always eager to do everything right, good communication, although half in German, half English, and with Czech cell phone translation help; I was here with my total of 6 people and friends, and we all liked it, the main attraction is the ski resort, which we were able to use very well, as well as we did many hikes. The accommodation is simple, but everything you need and also clean; it is quite great that every room has its own bathroom, we were delighted and are already thinking about coming back, maybe coming back in 2 years, always recommended

The house is very bright, warm, cozy, many living plants. It's like visiting people you've known for a long time. All necessary dishes, bedding are available. Lenka, very kind and responsible. Answered all questions for our comfortable stay. The surrounding area is green and lots of space to play ball, there is everything you need. We will come again! Recommended!🤗🌹😉

We really enjoyed our stay at Kateřina’s house. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, with exception of towels. The house is surrounded by nature and we spent a lot of time outside, playing outdoor games, grilling, and sitting by the fire. There was no wifi when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to contact Kateřina and request a connection, which we got on Monday. Overall, I would recommend Katerina’s house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

We stayed here with 12 people for a week. It was great! The place had multiple areas where you could sit down and relax. The house was very charming and clean. The pool and the sauna were amazing! We swam everyday and it was easy to access. Lenka was really friendly and responded to my messages very fast! The giant mountain region is very close to the house so went on hikes and just drove around. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped and has a good location. The slopes are very close and within walking distance. We also loved the underfloor heating, which was very pleasant for our two toddlers. We used the big terrace a lot. The kids played on it in the snow and we enjoyed the sun. the cottage is small but nice can easily accommodate 2 but also 3 due to the extra bed upstairs in the facilities such as rain shower air conditioning dishwasher are perfect and in new condition. the price is worth twice as much. people who love nature and hiking this is the perfect place to be also for the winter ski holiday. in short, highly recommended

Very pleasant environment for relaxation, peace and nature. Accessibility to the city of Dvur Kralove. About 10 min by car. The owner is very welcoming and helpful, we recommend the accommodation, we loved it here. 😊

Very beautiful guest house, Martina was a wonderful host. The house was nice and cozy with a beautiful front and backyard. I hope to stay again soon!

The weather wasn't on our side, but we were always happy to return to our cottage. The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy. As a bonus, there is a coffee machine, grill and dishwasher, which I consider to be above standard. Pavel is a great host who always responds when needed and is very accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful house in a quiet environment. As dogs, we appreciated the large fenced garden and the large adjacent meadow behind the house. Mr. Jan is communicative, nothing was a problem. Definitely recommend! :)
