A unique eco townhouse in Stockholm

The eco village in Björkhagen is a unique place. It is built according to ecological principles, on a forested hill, just outside the center of Stockholm. Since we spend a lot of time out in the archipelago, we rent out our house during long weekends. As a resident of our house, you can expect a bright home with large windows, like living in the middle of the forest, but only ten minutes from Södermalm by subway. There is plenty of room for many people to live here. Four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an extra-wide bed. Bedrooms two and three have double beds. The fourth bedroom has a wide single bed. In addition, a baby cot. The home is equipped but new cooker, fridge & freezer and dishwasher. All amenities. You can barbecue in the garden and eat on one of the two verandas, which means that you always have a place in the sun in the summer. We have three children and both our home and the area are perfect for children. The forest starts fifteen meters from the front door for walking in the summer or skiing in the winter. Just below the eco-village is a sports field with a tennis court, athletics facility and skating rink in winter. The silver-grey house is located in a scenic area with nature right around the corner. Perfect place to stay in Stockholm - City & nature

Welcome to the perfect place to spend your vacation in Stockholm. Close to the city and yet near nature. A comfortable house situated by a park with tennis court, football- basketball and boule court and a well equipped playground. Only 10-15 min. by bus or subway to the city center and still close to the forest and several swimming lakes. A large grocery store right nearby and free parking. The house has a big yard in the front + a large patio in the back. Bustling city and calm nature in one!

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Med naturen som granne och samtidigt nära till storstan finns det något för alla. Gångavstånd till friluftsbad, badsjö och naturområden. Laddstolpe för elbil finns. Huset ligger på en höjd, vilket är bra att veta om då man behöver gå uppför en backe. Ca 2,5 km till starten på Lidingölöppet. Gångavstånd till spårvagn, livsmedelsbutik, café och restaurang. Lidingö ligger strax utanför Stockholm och ni tar er in kommunalt på ca 30 min.

Neighbour with the greatest forest in Stockholm!

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Mitt bland skog, sjöar, hav och stad

Välkommen till detta fina parhus idylliskt beläget i ett Bullerby likt område med naturen som närmsta granne. Huset är perfekt för en familj som vill utforska både Stockholm och den fina naturen runt omkring. Trädgården går direkt över till skogen och naturreservatet. Flera sjöar med fina badplatser (både med bryggor, sandstrand och klippor) på gångavstånd. Det tar bara 20 min med buss till stan (Slussen). Havet ligger även nära. Sörmlandsleden går nästan förbi huset.

Make memories in our lakeside home. Step from the lounge to enjoy a morning coffee on the cozy balcony overlooking the lake. Direct access to the lake just 20 metres away, perfect for summer swimming and winter ice skating. Lännersta area is beautiful, with wild deer, convenient with a local supermarket and Old Smokehouse restaurant a 15min walk. A 5min drive to the mall, walk to nearby beaches and nature reserves. The city is 20-min car ride or regular bus service.

Quiet neighborhood with many families living in the area. Fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Two bedrooms with one beutiful master bedroom. Beautiful living room with fire place. One porch at both sides of the house with furniture and a green garden at the back. 15 min by metro to Stockholm central but still you have a huge national park outside the backdoor with beautiful nature and a lot of lakes where you can swim. A Restaurant with in 2 min walk.
