The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and gymnasium. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. Charming three-acre property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, with a sandy beach and a cozy local harbor. An 80 m2 apartment with an open living room/kitchen and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect, including windows painted with linseed oil, oak timber framing, paper wool insulation, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are important to us, so we optimize raw materials and resources for future generations.

Annex for 2-3 guests

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation for both the beach, restaurants and the beautiful city life in Karrebæksminde. The annex is building B and is furnished with a simple kitchen. There are 2 beds on a good sofa bed as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and toilet in the Annex. Beautiful area with green areas with football goals and petanque. 10 min walk down through the charming Vesterhave with small houses and then you are at the beach and the cozy center that buzzes with life.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

The house consists of 2 small entrances, bright kitchen-all rooms with associated living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There are 5 beds in the home. There's plenty of room in and out. The house has 2 smaller gardens. They are not fenced, but there is a hedge out to the road. There is a large cozy courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Cozy terraces, one of which is covered. Please note that we do not have a cleaning fee, so we ask that the house be cleaned upon check-out.

Enø Summer House

Holiday home on Enø located in the first row to Klinten, in a scenic area. A few hundred meters to 2 bathing bridges. 2.5 km to Enø beach. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. From June 20 to August 29, only full weeks starting and ending on a Saturday are available.
