Beautiful home. Lots of space spread about. Nice kitchen. Great view. Lots of time spent on the 2nd floor balcony. Peaceful and expansive view

The place is new and modern, very spacious, and with amazing view of the area. It is very private. Every bedroom has a balkony with view. The kitchen is very well stocked and comfortable. It includes an indoor garage parking, but reaching it is not easy, and requires driving skill. Aris was responsive and answered every question we had. The location is close to both Nafplio and Tolo.

Thus villa is AMAZING! 100% like the photos with incredible sea views and the wild hillside right beside. Mike is a great host - he explained everything from acessing the property, to local attractions, places to eat and even hire cars. He was friendly and helpful throughout. The area is also a great choice, drivable from Athens and with all the unique experiences of the Argolid on your doorstep. Book this villa and you're on track for an unforgettable holiday!

Alles ist wunderschön, das Haus mit der Ausstatung, die Lage mit dem Aussicht an Meer und die Umgebung mit Oliven…Es ist ideal für angenehm und ruhig, erholsam Urlaub mit schönen Strände und vielen Ausflüge zu den Denkmäler…

Alles was geweldig! We waren met twee jonge kinderen. Het zwembad was voor hun prachtig en het uitzicht vanaf het huis en de rustige omgeving was heerlijk! We hebben genoten van de zonsondergangen. Het huis bevind zich op de bergen en je kan er ‘s ochtends prima een wandeling maken. Om naar de haven van Porto Heli te gaan heb je wel vervoer nodig maar met 10minuten ben je beneden in de haven of bij verschillende stranden. We zijn erg goed verzorgd door de eigenaren en we raden deze accommodatie van harte aan!

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

“Villa del Olio״ was the top pick of our vacation. The house looks amazing and even more impressive in person than in the photos. It's thoughtfully designed, with a wonderful ambiance, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The spacious yard is private and beautiful, and the pool has given us plenty of family fun. What truly elevated our experience was Konstantina and Polys׳ warm hospitality. They found the perfect balance between offering us privacy and making us feel genuinely welcomed, like old friends. The villa is located 4 minutes drive to crystal clear beaches. And 10 minutes to nice restaurants and mini market. It is a truly dreamy vacation spot.

This house and surrounding area were fantastic! Kiki and her husband were very kind and Giannis was quick to reply to any inquiries we had, including a list of suggested restaurants in the town of Kiveri. We had some fabulous food there and everyone who served us were friendly and helpful with recommendations. It’s only about a 15 minute pleasant drive to Nafplio, which was also wonderful to visit, but it was so nice to come back to a peaceful, serene patio next to the sea to relax and regroup. We highly recommend Kiki’s Place!

L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

Wow, what a place. We’ve just spent 10 amazing days in this beautiful villa. The villa is stunning with the most gorgeous pool & views to sea. The area is beautiful, very quiet & with a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away with a diving platform into the crystal clear sea. The kids were entertained for hours. There is a lovely taverna on the beach with great food & really friendly staff. Lily was so helpful with the booking, directions & lots of recommendations. We visited gorgeous Erimioni & had a wonderful day out to Spetses but we were just as happy splitting our time between the pool & the beach. This was a big family holiday & it couldn’t have been better. Thankyou Lily & also Thassos & Anastasia for a lovely welcome.

We had a lovely stay. The house is in a great location with wonderful views. We loved the whole area - the beach, the port, the restaurants and tavernas on the beach. Maria, who looks after the place, was lovely and brought us fresh eggs from her chickens! Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave.

a big House, amazingly equipped with everything you for a perfect vacation. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 BBQs, amazing views. you get a personal host to answer all your problems. we had a few problems, 1 small and 1 big, they where both solved as soon as possible and. really felt at home.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa! Such a beautiful place that could easily handle our family of 15 with people of all ages (baby to grandparents). Everyone had places to sleep and had their own space. We loved using the outside kitchen and used it all but one of the evenings we stayed there. There are tons of kitchen appliances, including things like citrus juicers for that huge bag of oranges or lemons that you bought on the side of the road while driving in. Activity-wise, you could potentially walk down to the beach, but we often drove with so many children. You'll have to rent a car to get there, and I'd recommend one that can climb steep hills. It's quite extreme in both the village and the villa's driveway in particular. Chrysanthi is a lovely person and will try to make your arrival easy if you meet her in town and let her lead you to the Villa. There are two roads and one makes it difficult or impossible to enter the property, so check with her first!

What a magical villa! This was a highlight of our trip to Greece, the villa itself is beautiful and perfect for a family - spacious, modern, clean and the view is incredible. The manager is lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

Wow! The view from this villa did not disappoint. Stunning! Such beautiful outside spaces to enjoy it from too. We hardly needed to go anywhere else for our morning tea or a relaxed lunch or eve drinks. Sunrise to sunset, just fabulous! Oh & the villa was wonderful too! Very nicely finished, modern bathrooms, great a/c, pretty bedrooms with balconies or the downstairs terrace, all the facilities you could need. Well located for Epidavros with lots of different beaches, scuba diving, the ancient theatre, bars & restaurants, a night market. We had the best time as a family, loved everything!! Marianthi was great at answering our questions & advising us on local amenities & activities. Thank you! We would love to come back some day.

We had an excellent stay here. Really easy to find where to pick up keys. Leonidas was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again, the outside area was amazing!

House and property were perfect. We had a large group with 10 adults and 2 kids(ages 2 and 6). We had room to spread out and recover from long plane ride. Loved the animals and property. It is a working orange grove. Swam and played tennis. Easy drive to Nafplio (10minutes). Easy drive to Mycenae. Little village is close and has well stocked mini mart. Caretaker was attentive. We spent three nights.

Thank you for fantastic days! The house felt very luxurious and had everything we needed as 5 adults and a toddler. Will miss those amazing days!

The place is just absolutely beautiful. I only stayed for a few days with some friends to have some sun and relaxing before my wedding and it far surpassed what we were expecting. The host is super helpful and friendly and really looked after us. The Accomodation itself is stunning, there’s plenty to do in nearby Porto Cheli but we didn’t feel we needed to leave the villa as it was so beautiful and we could enjoy the pool and the beach. Everything has been thought of and a plentiful stock of kitchen wares etc to be self sufficient. Definitely will look to come back.

Giorgios's house is peacefully set among orchards far away from the touristy, noisy town that Nafplion has become yet close enough to enjoy Nafplion's many shops and restaurants. Wonderful beaches are only a short drive away. Above all, Giorgios's communications were always immediate and helpful. For example, on our last night, as we drove into the driveway, our Avis rental car broke down. Unable to reach Avis by phone that night or the next morning, Giorgios arranged for a superb driver in a new Mercedes to pick us up and take us to Athens. Put another way, Giorgos was always available to help out. We were only two people, but the house easily can accommodate more in a beautifully landscaped lot with a wonderful swimming pool. Great stay!

Nous avons pu profiter de cette très belle maison avec piscine avec nos 3 enfants. Point particulièrement positif sur la piscine que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La maison dans son ensemble est très agréable avec de nombreuses terrasses, un beau salon et de belles chambres. Nous avons trouvé le logement particulièrement adapté pour nos enfants ce qui était ce que nous recherchions. Vassiliki était très proactive pour nous proposer des activités autour de la maison. Grace à ses conseils nous avons pu assister à un concert sur le port. La maison est très bien équipée avec tous les éléments indispensables pour profiter de son séjour. En face de la maison une épicerie ouverte 7/7 permet de parer à tous les besoins de dernière minute. Nous recommandons particulièrement le Gyros de Xiropigado qui est très accueillant et très bon.

We had a great stay in the Vila. It is very peaceful and isolated. The pool and the garden are great lots of fun for the kids and great space. Location is very close to Nafpilion and other attractions. Host is very responsive and with great care. Highly recommended.

Place was fantastic great view! Host was very detailed with all info needed. Have never received so detailed info in the past. From how to find the house up to nearby stores and restaurants. Overall very happy with our staying , definitely worth its money!
