Entire house rental! Meta Sequoia Trees, Hot Spring, BBQ in the Rain, Log House Popular with Couples and Families

Our inn is a small log cabin in nature. It is a place where you can relax with your family, friends, and loved ones. It is a mysterious space where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and return to yourself while listening to the sound of the river. I hope I can help you smile ♪ It is in a good location near the Metasequoia trees, and you can walk to Shiratani Onsen in 7 minutes. You can also enjoy swimming in the lake in about 10 minutes by car to Lake Biwa. It is a natural land, but the roads are well maintained and the road to the log house is easily accessible even by large cars. From June 2025, we will extend the check-in and check-out times to allow you to enjoy your stay. Early check-in and late check-out are 1,000 yen per hour. * Our inn aims to create a society where people and nature are in harmony and love circulates. We use environmentally friendly laundry detergent and do not use fabric softener. It is a natural land, so there are many insects and animals. We would appreciate it if you could consider that people are intruding on nature.

Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
