静かな小さなこじんまりとしたゲストハウスですデッキは６人くらいの人数でバーベキュー等出来るよう広く作られています。少し大人４人でのご宿泊は狭く感じられるかと思いますが御了承下さい。山林ですので虫等がおりますが、ゲストハウス内は虫除け駆除等念入りに行っております滞在中侵入してしまう場合はご了承願います。虫等苦手な方は少し抵抗があると思いますのでその上でのご予約お願い致します。冬季はこの辺りは氷点下に冷え込みます此方のゲストハウス内は主に灯油ストーブ灯油ファンヒーターの暖房設備です予めご了承ください。電化製品も常備してありますが使い過ぎると安全装置が働き(スマートメーター)家の中の電気が点滅したりしますので一度に沢山の電化製品は使わない様にお願い致します、漏電メーターも設備されております、電気が点滅等しましたら電気の使用を少なくしてご利用下さい(又、田舎暮らし移住体験など御相談くださいひと月単位での移住生活など) 新コロナウイルス感染症対策につきお客様の退室後の除菌清掃は万全を尽くしておりますお客様におかれましては入室前に玄関先にて検温記録ウイルス除去スプレーにて除菌して頂き入室して下さい

The Mochizuki district of Saku City, where "House of Waltz" is located, is known as Village of Horses and has long been a horse ranch where people and horses have a close relationship. I want you take calm time with your loved ones in the cozy house. *It's very suburb, so you need a car(snow tires are necessary during December to April) to come and sightseen. There are livestock farms around the house. Sometimes, smells like a barn for cows. If you don't like it, I don't recommend you to book the house.
