You can also come by public transport. Walking distance to forest stations, Iizuna soba, ramen, burgers, and other restaurants. About a 25-minute drive from Nagano Station and Zenkoji.Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for climbing mountains to Togakushi Kodo, Amato-mi Trail, and Mt. Iinjo. If you want to go to the hot springs, it's about a 15-minute drive to the Tenbukan on Lake Reisenji. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example.
