Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

We are Aymesev stone building tourism company. Our house is located in Çeşme Fenerburnu marina, 30 square meters, 400 square meters with a pool. 5 rooms and 2 living rooms have a large garden. New and furnished with very stylish items. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. There are fully equipped kitchenware. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 Min to Cesme center It is 15 minutes away from the center of Alaçatı. my house has a sauna, sports equipment, a jacuzzi. it gives you the possibility to take beautiful photos on the windows that open to the pool.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well located to explore the whole island or just to relax on Karfas beach. Our guests are free to use the swimming pool of a hotel nearby. Bus stops are around the corner and we are close to the airport as well as the main port and Chios town.
