"Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. A large private terrace, very sunny and equipped with a BBC and garden furniture. In the countryside, it is ideally located 5 minutes from the A10 (exit 27) and less than 20 minutes' drive from Futuroscope Park and Poitiers. Similarly, you will find everything you need within 2 km (20 min walk) and self-service bikes (rental).

Very nice bright house tastefully renovated close to all amenities and a short walk to the river to stroll or run. A pleasant enclosed garden and parking for 2 vehicles are at your disposal. A garage is available if you want to put equipment or a 2-wheeler in it. The Space: An open living-dining room and a beautiful equipped kitchen. 2 beautiful bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed (+1 pull-out bed) and a desk.

The "Colombine house" offers a peaceful stay for the whole family in a small country village. Small stone house completely refurbished, close to the forest, close to the Futuroscope, the park of St Cyr... Close to the highway, convenient for a stopover on your way or to visit the castles... Small plus: beds made on arrival, linen available, all you have to do is put your bags down. Possibility to have breakfast on site (see conditions).

Small stone cottage on three floors Close to the futuroscope , center park ... It is ideal for two people . A quiet and relaxing countryside place. I provide the bed sheets, for the toilet linen I can provide it with an extra 5 euros . Small note, the stairs are steep (stepladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a little low. For fans of coffee I have a senseo , I leave some pods available .
