Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Located in a small peaceful village, Loeuilly, 10 minutes from the south of Amiens, as well as 5 minutes by car from all amenities (supermarket, restaurant, fast food, doctor...) A 5-minute walk away is the nautical base (kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal boats, saddle descent) as well as the green corridor. Hello! The house is fully equipped, very pleasant and in a quiet area. It also has outdoor spaces, a terrace with the necessary furniture. There is a closed courtyard to safely park bicycles, motorcycles. Street parking is free. The house is set back from the city center but access is quick by car, bus or bike. Best of all, there is a real wood-fired sauna (available on request, extra charge).
